From the street the form and scale of this new 6,000sqft replacement dwelling is based on the original house on the site and incorporates a catslide pitched roof to the front to reduce the bulk and massing of the dwelling.  A new central glazed gable leads through into a double height entrance hallway that provides natural daylight into the home and connects the upper level landings with a new feature staircase and cutbacks to form lightwells. The two storey glazed gable continues through to the rear of the property where connections with the garden and external terrace are maximised.
