Full planning permission was granted for this new single storey rural office development on the outskirts of Harpenden.  This sensitive site is located in the Greenbelt and required a careful design approach to ensure the buildings would be appropriate in this countryside location.

Existing agricultural buildings would be demolished and a new, single volume, office was designed connected to an existing stables that was converted into office space.  These buildings were clad in black timber weatherboarding.  In between these two structures is a glazed reception and waiting area.
Interior space planning layouts were provided, along with options for furnishings and finishes.
