We were asked to replan and extend this 3-bed 1930s semi-detached family home to provide a better living environment connecting to the rear garden and a new front entrance.  Here the existing bay window to the front living room was removed and the front door area replaced with a copper clad surround that unifies the front façade providing a new identity to the home.  A chalk proprietary render was then applied to the remaining brickwork.

To the rear/side a large single storey extension has been added to provide a fabulous open-plan kitchen, dining and sitting area.  A separate cloakroom fits snuggly under the staircase.
