This infill site, in the Conservation area, was previously an open car park serving a local business and our client asked us to explore the potential for development including the existing building that was built in the 1980s to mimic the existing Victorian townhouses next door.

These two modern duplex apartments have been designed to reflect the scale and form of the existing Victorian townhouses, with pitched gables, whilst incorporating contemporary detailing with zinc metal cladding over a herringbone beige facing brick background, with a green planted roof, to provide a unique identity in this location.
